Invisible Odysseys

Description

An exhibit of autobiographical dioramas in which the artists tell the story of their journeys from Mexico to Vermont and their lives as undocumented farm workers in a foreign community.  The exhibit will include text in Spanish and English, and will be accompanied by an exhibit catalog. Rather than being filtered through one of the many lenses that often frame immigrants, these dioramas--and companion statements--express the unmediated voices of Mexican workers on Vermont's dairy farms.
