Description
Celebrate the Sights, Sounds, and Tastes of Fall!
Join Fort Ticonderoga and the King’s Garden to celebrate the sights, sounds, and tastes of fall. Bring the whole family for a full day of autumn fun. The King’s Garden, a beautiful Colonial Revival garden built on the site of the 18th century soldiers' gardens of old, will be alive with fall fun and food.
Set in the garden’s floral scenery will be the lively and colorful harvest market, plus games and activities for all. Get ready for your fall culinary and decorating desires with an array of fruits, vegetables, pumpkins, gourds, jams & jellies, and other fall favorites. Around the heirloom apple orchard of the King’s Garden, enjoy farm stands from local Adirondack and Vermont farms.
In this Festival, we celebrate the equine part of Fort Ticonderoga’s history. Experience the power and thunder of hooves through demonstrations of equestrian sports and working horses alike. From farm horses to cavalry mounts, get a chance to meet some of these beautiful four-legged animals as you tour around the Fort’s garrison grounds and gardens
