Uncertainty in the world isn’t new, but today it’s amplified by rapid change, digital noise, political and economic pressures, and pandemic aftershocks. The impacts in the workplace are tangible: diminished performance, employee burnout, stalled innovation, and the relentless expectation to achieve more with less. Neuroscience reveals why uncertainty undermines performance. More importantly, it also illuminates how to counter it. This session describes how the brain responds to uncertainty and translates science into practical, everyday strategies. You’ll learn to sharpen focus, prevent burnout, strengthen resilience, and spark creativity, even in challenging times. Join us for this lively, interactive session to build actionable skills that help you thrive. Then take those insights back to empower your team’s success!
