Your tasks and responsibilities as a Garde Manger Cook will include: Prepping components for cold dishes such as salads, tartares, small snacks, fried appetizers and dessertsKeeping track of pars of ingredients that you are responsible for handling Setting up your work station with speed and efficiency in mindBeing set up for service at 4:30pm everydayExecution of plating composed dishes in an efficient and intentional manner during dinner
