Overview:
Academic Enrichment Educator Leads are experienced classroom educators who bring deep knowledge of ELP’s mission and structure, and are actively involved in mentoring staff, supporting program development, and taking on leadership responsibilities alongside the ELP Leadership Team. AEELs model best practices in curriculum, engagement, and classroom management, and contribute to the broader growth and vision of the program.
