Assistant Director for Adult Education

Patricia A. Hannaford Regional Technical School District is seeking an inspired educational leader for the half-time position of Assistant Director for Adult Education for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.

Minimum Requirements:

• Three to five (3-5) years of successful experience in teaching and managing educational standards.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in workforce development/training (e.g., human resources, employee training and development, career technical education or counseling, management of a post-secondary continuing education program)
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Career and Technical Education Director in Vermont.
• Master’s degree (preferably in Education or Educational Administration, but can be a related area).
• Experience with supervision and evaluation of staff.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with fiscal planning and budget management.
