Radiologic Tech - Orthopedics -Per Diem
We are seeking a skilled Per Diem X-Ray Technologist to join our Orthopedics team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to support orthopedic care, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. The ideal candidate will be flexible, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures as ordered by providers.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and equipment operation for optimal imaging.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR system.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient flow and care coordination.
- Valid Vermont Radiologic Technologist license.
- ARRT certification required.
- Prior experience in orthopedic imaging preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules.
- Qualifications satisfactory completion of a formal radiological technology program in a CAHEA approved school
