Family Supportive Housing (FSH) Service Coordinator

John Graham Housing & Services (JGHS), a nonprofit organization providing emergency shelter and affordable housing services in Addison County.

The FSH Service Coordinator is an experienced professional who works intensively with families with children who are facing the risk of homelessness or are currently unhoused. The role of the FSH Service Coordinator is to work collaboratively with the JGHS team and community partners, including Department for Children and Families (DCF), to provide resources and support to ensure the acquisition of life skills and access to resources that will lead to permanent housing and a positive quality of life. Full-time working hours are M-F in both Vergennes and Middlebury; some weekend and evening work, as well as on-call rotation.

M-F, full-time, $26-28/hour plus benefits
