Porter Pharmacist - PD

Perform designated professional and clinical tasks such as pharmacotherapy services, medication profile review, response to drug information questions, patient counseling and tasks associated with the preparation, labeling, checking, monitoring and delivering of medications, including sterile admixtures, prepackaged or unit dose medications. In addition, and in accordance with accepted national standards, federal and state laws, and hospital/department policies and procedures, a clinical staff pharmacist is
