Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping our customers and supporting our team. This role involves customer service, order entry, and sales and accounts receivable support. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and vendors via telephone and email.
  • Enter and process orders through our automated system.
  • Update and maintain customer database according to delivery requirements and other criteria.
  • Coordinate automatic customer delivery schedules with dispatcher.
  • Provide support to sales staff.
  • Generate pricing updates and customer price lists.
  • Maintain various operations spreadsheets for management.
  • Work closely with Nutrition Formulations Manager.
Qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft office products.
  • Some financial and/or accounting skills are a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with others.

Offered compensation:
