We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping our customers and supporting our team. This role involves customer service, order entry, and sales and accounts receivable support. Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and vendors via telephone and email.
- Enter and process orders through our automated system.
- Update and maintain customer database according to delivery requirements and other criteria.
- Coordinate automatic customer delivery schedules with dispatcher.
- Provide support to sales staff.
- Generate pricing updates and customer price lists.
- Maintain various operations spreadsheets for management.
- Work closely with Nutrition Formulations Manager.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office products.
- Some financial and/or accounting skills are a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with others.
