Development Director

Addison Housing Works is seeking a new Development Director to lead our fundraising and communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow community support for affordable housing in Addison County and strengthen the relationships and resources that make our work possible. Key responsibilities include cultivating major gifts, building donor relationships, managing annual giving campaigns, overseeing grant development, and guiding organizational communications. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting people with a mission, telling compelling stories, and building lasting relationships.
