We are now accepting applications for Events Services Crew Lead, Restaurant Manager - Ardelia's, Banquet/Events Set-Up, Event Server, Host/Hostess, Server, Front of House Support Team, Restaurant Supervisor and Event Supervisor, Pantry Cook, Line Cook, Executive Chef, Event Manager, Bartender, and Lead Bartender at Basin Harbor! These seasonal position will run from mid-May though October, 2026, part-time & full-time and on-call positions.
*Bartender-Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, prior bartending and wine-specific experience of 3+ years preferred, able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment, ability to remember and follow bar and beverage procedures, a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, evening and weekends, required full shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20+ lbs. frequently throughout shift. $18 - $25 per hour, including tips
*Banquet/Events Set-Up Team-prepares and breaks down the tables, chairs, other furniture, and decor for our group meetings, weddings, luncheons and banquets, including for our outdoor dining groups and events. Duties include changing linens, cleaning of functions areas (garbage removal, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.), inspecting furniture and decor for safety of use, and setting up meeting rooms with proper materials (paper/pens, ice/water, glass/silverware, other amenities) $18 - $22 per hour
*Breakfast Cook I & II-Our Breakfast Cooks start their day early and are responsible for preparing morning meals (eggs, pancakes, meats), focusing on quality. Key responsibilities include preparing mise en place, operating grills/ovens, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping the station clean. They must work quickly in fast-paced environments, often starting early mornings. Full & Part Time, $20 - $24 per hour
*Dishwashers and Kitchen Helpers-responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by sanitizing all dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment. They support the culinary team by ensuring a steady supply of clean wares, especially during high-volume periods. They also help with food preparation and inventory organization. $16.00 -$17.00 per hour
*Events Services Crew Lead-Directs and supervised the Event Set Up team in the preparation, and breakdown of all dining venues, group meetings, weddings, private events including indoor and outdoor dining. The position is responsible for the pre-planning and execution of each event, all AV responsibilities, as well as the setup of all dining venues and service areas across the property. $30 - $35 per hour DOE
*Event Server-Responsible for setting and serving our banquets, weddings, and events, anticipating guests needs and special request by being tactful, approachable, perceptive and customer service oriented. Event/Banquets Servers may also event set-up and break-down duties as needed. $25 - $31 per hour, including gratuities
*Front of House Support Team-Fill flexible roles including Host, Busser, and Food Runner. This position is designed for team-oriented individuals who can support multiple areas of service based on daily needs and volume. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, efficiently running food from the kitchen, and supporting servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow. $10 per hour plus tips
*Host/Hostess-greets guests shows them to their seats, and assists the serving staff and the Dining Room Captain or Manager to provide Basin Harbor guests with an enjoyable dining experience. We are currently seeking both full and part-time. $15 - $18 per hour, including tips
*Line Cook-Responsible for preparing and cooking food for our outlets and banquet operations. Duties include preparation of whole foods for cooking, cooking a variety of foods, in adherence to the daily menus, as directed by our Chef's team. $20.98 - $23.00 per hour
*Line Cook I & III - responsible for preparing and cooking food for our outlets and banquet operations. Duties include preparation of whole foods for cooking, cooking a variety of foods, in adherence to the daily menus, as directed by our Chef's team. $20.98 - $26.00 per hour
*Lead Bartender-supports bar leadership by assisting with scheduling, training, and guiding a team of bartenders, while maintaining a high standard of service. Strong attention to detail is essential, along with a commitment to cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented bartender who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in operational excellence as well as craft. $23+ per hour, including tips
*Pantry Cook-Responsible for preparing and cooking food for "grab and go" items, light fare, and for our employee cafeteria. Duties include prepping vegetables, fruits, breads and meats to make and cook deli-style items, buffet-style dishes, and stocking salad and sandwich bars. $16 - 20 per hour

*Pastry Cook, Levels I - III- responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, and other desserts using classic and modern techniques, ensuring high-quality results and consistency. Decorate pastries and desserts with icings, toppings, fillings, and creative designs for displays, events, and special orders. Collaborate with executive chefs and kitchen staff to follow seasonal menus and pastry items. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to kitchen standards. Maintain inventory of ingredients and baking supplies, monitor equipment, and ensure proper storage and usage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen. We are seeking both full-time seasonal. $19 - 26 per hour
*Restaurant Outlet Managers-seeking a seasonal Restaurant Managers for multiple outlets here at Basin Harbor. Key responsibilities of this role will be to team leadership, overseeing service in our high-quality, well-loved and established Basin Harbor restaurants. Operations: Manage daily front-of-house (servers, bartenders) and coordinate great food service with back-of-house staff. Guest Experience: Ensure high service standards, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain welcoming ambiance. Financial & Inventory: Manage budgets, control F&B/labor costs, analyze sales reports. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate employees, enforcing company policies and safety standards. $1300 - $1500 per week salary
*Restaurant Manager - Ardelia's-Key responsibilities of this role will be to lead our Ardelia's team, overseeing service in a high-quality, well-loved and established Basin Harbor restaurant. Lead the team in providing excellent service to both external and internal customers. Excel at surpassing guest expectations. Lead training and manage staff to ensure timely, accurate and seamless service. Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication and time - management skills at all times. Proficient at multi-tasking and delegating as well as being a hands-on worker. Assist in cost controls and all aspects of increasing revenue. $1300 - $1500 per week salary
*Restaurant Supervisor and Event Supervisor-The Dining Services and/or Event Captain supervises and coordinates banquet events, as well as dining services as assigned. They supervise and assist service staff as necessary in their meeting their job requirements. The Captain ensures Basin Harbor policies and procedures are followed. The Captain provides sincere service through actions that display self-confidence, grace, and courtesy to guests and colleagues. The Captain may lead pre-shift team meetings for Dining Services and is required to attend and lead banquets event operations (BEO) meetings for their reporting staff members. $30 - 35 per hour
*Server -responsible for serving meals and taking drink orders, anticipating guest's needs and special request by being tactful, approachable, perceptive and customer service oriented. We are currently seeking both full- and part-time Restaurant Servers. $15 - $29 per hour, including tips
Requirements
Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, prior experience preferred, able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment, ability to remember and follow dining room procedures, a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may require, long evening and weekend shifts - walking and standing. Must be able to lift 20 lbs repeatedly.
