Seasonal Recreation, Retail, Reservations & Guest Services Positions (multiple)

We are currently seeking seasonal Recreation, Retail, Reservations & Guest Services Team Members to join us for our upcoming summer season!

*Tennis Professional-The tennis program operates from early June through Labor Day. Our tennis facilities consist of two Har-Tru courts, three All-Weather courts, and a Pro Shop. Two of the All-Weather courts convert to pickleball use. The Tennis Professional will offer instruction for all aspects of play including lessons and tournaments for all levels and ages. $1100 - $1200 per week salary

*Recreation and Kids Program Staff-Responsible for planning, leading, and supervising age-appropriate activities (sports, crafts, games) while ensuring participant safety, enforcing rules, and providing a positive environment. Duties also include administrative tasks like record-keeping, communication, and facility upkeep and cleaning pre-and post-program. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  $16 - $19 per hour, DOE

*Harbor Store Attendant-Basin Harbor offers Food and Beverage options as well as retail items at several locations.  The Breezeway Café and our Harbor Store offer custom crafted coffees, freshly baked pastries, ready-made food, snack, ice cream and some small giftware items.  All our retail locations can be very busy guest areas and you will be expected to provide exceptional service and information to guests of all ages.  $15.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE

*Breezeway Attendant-  The Breezeway Café and our Harbor Store offer custom crafted coffees, freshly baked pastries, ready-made food, snack, ice cream and some small giftware items. All our retail locations can be very busy guest areas and you will be expected to provide exceptional service and information to guests of all ages.  $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE

*Reservation Agent - Seasonal-responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. You will work directly with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  $18 per hour

*Switchboard Operator-Manage incoming, outgoing, and internal calls for organizations, using multi-line, computerized telephone systems to connect, transfer, and direct calls.  $15-$17 per hour

*Front Desk Agent-Greets and checks in all guests upon their arrival and provides a smooth experience at checkout. The Agent offers assistance to guests during their stay by answering questions, resolving issues, and dispatching housekeeping or maintenance to respond to guest requests. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

*Night Audit - Front Desk-Manages overnight front desk operations, providing guest services while performing system-wide end-of-day reports and accounting. Key duties include checking in late arrivals, processing check-outs, monitoring guest requests via software (HotSOS), and coordinating with security.  $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

*Bell Person-Acts as the first point of contact in a hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage during check-in/out, and escorting them to rooms while providing information about amenities. They ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service, often handling valet parking, transportation arrangements, and lobby maintenance. 

*Overnight Security-Our Overnight Security staff ensures the safety of guests, staff, and property by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, and enforcing access control. They handle emergencies, respond to security breaches, and address guest disturbances, maintaining a visible presence to deter crime.  $16 - $18 Hourly with Benefits, DOE

*Shuttle Driver-responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests and employees around our resort and between our resort and designated local destinations, such as airports, train stations, or tourist attractions. Acting as a "mobile ambassador" for Basin harbor, this role combines expert driving with high-level customer service. $16 - $17 per hour

Requirements
Some essential competencies are: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, able to take and give clear direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment, ability to read and follow safety protocols. Employees must maintain a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, including evening and weekends, required full-shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently.
